Chop Butchery is proud of the excellent quality of its meats. Our grain-fed beef is sourced from reputable ranches that feed their cattle maize, wheat, and barley to increase marbling and improve flavour. This grain also promotes animal growth and health.

Grain-feeding takes longer than grass-feeding but results in meat that is more tender and consistent. Additionally, grain-fed beef has more fat, which gives the meat greater flavour and juiciness.

Additionally, the ethical and ecological rearing of all of our grain-fed cattle places a high priority on animal welfare. We never provide hormones to our cattle, and we strictly abide by all rules about animal care.
