Sourcing directly from Carrara 640 Wagyu the name directly references the intricate patterning in Carra – the worlds well-known and prestigious marble that has a white characteristic akin to the white fat marbling of the world’s best Wagyu. – This Wagyu will come to you in minimum 350-gram portion cut steaks.
