GET THE BEST FROM YOUR WAGYU

To bring out the full flavour and texture of our premium Wagyu beef, we recommend pan-frying and slicing. To ensure the best results, take the beef out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Season the beef with salt and pepper as the pan heats up.

Once the pan is hot, place the steak in the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side. Baste the meat with the juices while it cooks. Once the beef is cooked to your liking, remove it from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. Finally, slice the beef and enjoy.
